Linea Energy, one of the leading companies in clean energy, revealed the acquisition of a 490-megawatt direct current (MWDC) solar project from Horus Energy. Through this acquisition, Linea Energy marks its entry into the Texas market, which advances the company's strategic plan of establishing a robust development pipeline in Houston while encouraging the growth of the renewable energy industry and the economy.
This project will provide 63,000 homes with clean energy and create numerous local employment opportunities during construction and operation. Aside from utilizing domestic equipment in the project, Linea Energy is also exploring the possibility of supporting local economies and industries.
